After months of meticulous planning, the long-awaited wedding finally arrived. It was a truly unforgettable day, as Jacqueline’s whimsical vision came to life in perfect harmony. With meticulous attention to detail, every element was carefully crafted to create an enchanting atmosphere. The highlight of the celebration was undoubtedly the stunning floral installations, brought to life by Okasie’s remarkable talent and flair. And then, there was the breathtaking dress – a true showstopper!
While it’s impossible to encapsulate the intricacies of planning a destination wedding in mere words, these captivating images speak volumes about the love, dedication, and joy that went into creating this unforgettable celebration.

Niki and Madri, the Event Planners, were instrumental in bringing our dream wedding to life amidst unprecedented challenges. Despite numerous date changes, they remained available, ensuring our vision was translated into reality while staying within budget constraints. Their meticulous management of vendors and attention to detail allowed us to relax on the day of the event, confident that everything was under control.
As we celebrated with friends beforehand, their exceptional service didn’t go unnoticed – Madri’s involvement in helping plan the get-together left a lasting impression. It’s clear that they’re more than just planners; they’re partners in creating unforgettable experiences. If I were to plan another event in Cape Town or South Africa, Niki and Madri would be my top choice. Their dedication to delivering exceptional results is evident in every aspect of their work.

The meticulous planning of a wedding often requires the collaboration of numerous professionals. For our event, we were fortunate to have an impressive team working together to bring our vision to life. Johannesdal1207 handled the venue and logistics, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Okasie brought in their expertise for flowers and accent furniture pieces, adding a touch of elegance to the overall atmosphere.
NConcepts and Designs took care of hiring, providing all the necessary equipment and staff. Behind the lens were Vivid Blue, capturing memories through photography, while The Wedding Crashers brought their unique perspective as videographers. Two Chefs catered to our guests’ culinary needs, while Salute managed the bar and service staff with finesse. Hair styling was expertly handled by Diva Hairstyles, makeup artistry courtesy of Beezglam.
Esé Azénabor designed the dresses for the occasion, while Man with Music took care of the sound systems. DJ Rome got everyone on their feet with an infectious beat, with Seun Olaniyan keeping the proceedings smooth as MC. Tony Macrolan officiated the ceremony with warmth and authority.
Whimsical Studio crafted the wedding program design, NZL Studio responsible for the invitation and program artwork, while Pretty in Stains handled the seating plan and City Print took care of menus and programme booklets. To cap it all off, Pie in the Sky ensured live streaming, Firetribe wowed with their fire show, and Stellenbosch Shuttles provided efficient transportation to and from the event.
